This great little cafe is a two-time winner of the Krups Kup of Excellence, they've been lauded in local papers for their fantastic espresso, and they bake a pretty mean muffin. They are located a block north of Nuvo, but if you don't want to make the trek, we can happily pre-order a Bumpy's Breakfast Box for you!

Conveniently enough, our neighbour across the street from us is a large-scale grocery store. Getting some snacks, groceries, or toiletries from one of Canada's largest grocers is as simple as crossing 12th Ave.

The Laurier Lounge is a bit of a hidden gem. Located in a large renovated two-storey townhouse across 12th Avenue from Nuvo and behind the Safeway, the Laurier Lounge is a great place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy a great meal.

Need some Tylenol? Some new CD's? Or maybe some spare Computer parts? Not a problem. The neighbourhood London Drugs is two blocks south of the hotel on 8th street.
